Anderson Speaks at 6th International Arbitration Conference in Australia

Alan M. Anderson spoke at the 6th International Arbitration Conference in Melbourne, Australia, on October 17 as part of a panel on increasing efficiency in international arbitration. The panel was chaired by Professor The Honorable Marilyn Warren and featured co-panelists Ben Davidson and Nick Longley, both attorneys in Melbourne. An article based on his presentation, entitled, “Some (Very) Random Thoughts on Decreasing Costs and Increasing Efficiency in International Arbitration,” appeared in the December 2018 issue of The ACICA Review at pages 32-35.
