L. Reagan Florence, MCIArb

Reagan Florence, MCIArb, practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and appellate advocacy. She represents clients in a wide variety of industries involving dispute resolution and other business matters. Reagan has handled matters across the country and internationally. She has appeared in state and federal courts in Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Utah, and is admitted to practice in the Minnesota Supreme Court, the Utah Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. She has been involved in domestic and international arbitrations, administered by the American Arbitration Association and International Chamber of Commerce. She has acted as sole arbitrator in multiple arbitration proceedings seated in London, England. 

Reagan earned a Certificate in Global Arbitration Law and Practice through Queen Mary University in London, England. In 2013, she was awarded a fellowship at the ADR Centre in Rome, Italy, for a study commissioned by the European Union regarding the Mediation Directive. She co-authored the study, which has been presented to the European Union and several European parliaments. In 2016, Reagan was elected a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in recognition of her training and expertise in international arbitration. She also is qualified as a neutral mediator (ADR) under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts.
